2026 MOBO Awards Tickets Competition – Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the 2026 MOBO Awards Tickets Competition prize draw (the “Prize Draw”), promoted by Henkel Ltd (company number 00215496), registered office: Henkel, Wood Lane End, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4RQ (“Promoter”).
By entering, all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
1.2. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, affiliated brands, companies, or persons professionally connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible.
1.3. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and eligibility.
2. Prize Draw Period
2.1. The Prize Draw opens at 10:00am (UK time) on 2 February 2026 (“Opening Date”).
2.2. The Prize Draw closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on 21 February 2026 (“Closing Date”).
2.3. Entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be included.
3. How to Enter
3.1. No purchase necessary.
3.2. Between the Opening Date and the Closing Date, entrants must:
a) Click the link provided on one of the participating creators’ social media profiles;
b) Complete the online entry form with the required details;
c) Accept these Terms;
d) Submit the entry.
3.3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple or automated entries will result in disqualification.
3.4. Internet access, a valid email address, and phone number are required.
4. Valid Entries
4.1. Entries submitted in accordance with clause 3 during the Prize Draw Period constitute “Valid Entries”.
4.2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, corrupted, late, or not submitted in accordance with these Terms.
4.3. Any abusive, inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content submitted as part of an entry will result in automatic disqualification.
5. The Prize
5.1. There are two prizes, each consisting of two (2) tickets to attend the 2026 MOBO Awards (“Prize”).
5.2. A maximum of four (4) tickets are available in total.
5.3. Each participant may win one Prize only.
5.4. The Prize does not include accommodation, travel, or any other associated costs.
5.5. The Prize is non‑transferable and no cash alternative is available, unless agreed in writing by the Promoter.
5.6. In the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection
6.1. The Winners will be the first Valid Entries drawn at random after the Closing Date.
6.2. Winning claims are subject to a full verification process.
6.3. The Promoter may disqualify a Winner if:
a) they breach these Terms;
b) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud; or
c) they are later found to be ineligible.
6.4. If a Winner is disqualified, an alternative Winner will be selected at random from all remaining Valid Entries.
7. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
7.1. Winners will be contacted by email and/or phone within 8 days after the Closing Date, or as soon as reasonably practicable (“Notification”).
7.2. Winners must claim their Prize by responding to the Notification within 24 hours.
7.3. Failure to respond within the 24‑hour period will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
7.4. The Promoter will send the Prize to the Winner by email within 24 hours of receiving the Winner’s claim, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.
7.5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Prizes lost, delayed, or undelivered due to incorrect contact details supplied by the entrant.
8. Alternative Winners
8.1. If a Winner forfeits or is disqualified, the Promoter will draw an alternative Winner from remaining Valid Entries.
8.2. Alternative Winners will be notified within 7 days of selection and must claim the Prize within the timeframe set out in clause 7.2.
8.3. This process may be repeated if necessary.
9. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Prize Draw, or extend the Closing Date, where circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it.
9.2. Any changes to the Prize or the running of the Prize Draw will be at the Promoter’s discretion and without liability, provided such changes do not materially disadvantage entrants.
10. Data Protection
10.1. Personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for administering and managing the Prize Draw, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
10.2. The Winner’s first name and home town/county may be made available upon request for up to 10 weeks after the Closing Date.

11. Liability
11.1. If the Promoter fails to comply with these Terms, it will be responsible only for losses that are a foreseeable result of that failure.
11.2. The Promoter is not liable for:
a) loss of income or revenue;
b) loss of business;
c) loss of profits;
d) loss of anticipated savings;
e) loss of data;
f) wasted management or office time.
11.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
a) death or personal injury caused by negligence;
b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. General
12.1. Each entrant warrants that the information provided in their entry is true, current, and complete.
12.2. If any provision in these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
12.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.4. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
